WHAT IS SKYFORCE????
Star Walking (The Fan Club) has a social club called "Skyforce"
which runs regular events in both Melbourne & Sydney.
These SKYFORCE gatherings are a chance for Star Wars fans of all ages, races, and creeds (and genders) to come together and share their love of Star Wars on neutral ground.
Basically, it's a MASSIVE get together with other fans, where you can talk Star Wars non stop for several hours without anyone judging you. (YES...there's a chance you'll hear the word NERD said several times, but it's always said with love)
SKYFORCE gatherings are open to EVERYONE.
You don't have to be a Star Walking member, just come along and have fun.
We run a structured program that includes information sessions, group discussions,
displays and of course...our famous auction.
If you have items you'd like to sell in the auction, bring them along and see our auction coordinator on the day.
Each panel lasts for (about) 50 minutes and can include videos, powerpoint talks, interactive games, and trivia with 10 minute breaks for munchies and chatting.
We have snacks available and normally a few dealers on site during each meeting.
(Sydney Skyforce is held at the CabraVale Diggers Club and has the use of the full Bar and Buffet facilities.)
